We have been helping people on their language journey for almost 12 years and our classes are taught by qualified, experienced and dedicated French and Spanish teachers. We use proven tuition strategies, along with personality and fun, to make sure that every learner finds a path to success in their own way.
Our professional yet friendly manner, varied resources and engaging techniques ensure that our linguists enjoy themselves, grow in confidence and most of all, they really do Laugh, Learn and Love Languages.
Making language learning fun is the key to success, no matter who the learner is, therefore this is our priority. We provide an engaging approach, tailored to each learner and this way we can reach our goal of making French and Spanish fun for everyone!
For face to face classes, we are based in and around Bradford, with most of our learners coming from Idle, Baildon, Ilkley, Shipley, Bingley and Leeds.
As well as face-to-face classes, we offer 1-2-1 online tuition, therefore we are able to provide tailored online tuition to learners based in any location...we even have some learners based in other countries.
When it comes to 1-2-1 tailored tuition for children and teens, it's all in the title... it's tailored to your child.
Children begin learning with us for various reasons. Sometimes they need an extra hand, sometimes they are not accessing traditional learning via school and other times they are simply keen linguists, who want to learn more, because they love languages.
Students who 'need a hand' really enjoy having a tutor all to themselves. An experienced and qualified teacher, who can help them understand better when they are struggling and get to know their individual needs, can support the learner much more effectively.
Depending on previous experiences, for children who are not taking the traditional path to education, the idea of learning in groups can be quite upsetting and daunting. Therefore, a 1-2-1 situation is often much more comfortable for them. Plus, when parents are funding their child's education, it's good to know that they are receiving 100% of the tutor's time and attention and that the learning is what the child personally needs, not the overall group.
There is certainly a place for adult group tuition and some of our learners come to us having started with group tuition. So why do they change? Their response is often the same...
They enjoy it and it's social but they don't feel like they are making a huge amount of progress. Some feel like they are starting to 'fall behind' as they don't always have time to study at home. Finally, what tends to be high on their list is that they find reading OK but they still struggle to speak.
This is where 1-2-1 tailored tuition stands out from group tuition:
